Best Practices Guide for Vulnerable Populations

The Best Practices Guide for Vulnerable Populations project was developed as part of a broader initiative for the Human Rights Fair organized by the São Paulo State Department of Justice and Citizenship, aiming to make complex public service guidelines accessible and actionable. Through editorial design and information hierarchy, I translated technical content, focused on improving public service for vulnerable populations, into a clear, structured, and highly readable visual system. The challenge was not only aesthetic, but strategic: organizing dense information into an intuitive flow that supports understanding, training, and real-world application. This project reflects my approach to diagramming as a tool for clarity, where layout, typography, and visual rhythm work together to turn institutional knowledge into something usable, human-centered, and impactful.
