TEIA:
Travel & Connect
The TEIA – Service Design project, developed during my time at IED, was an exploration of how design can structure relationships, systems, and human experiences beyond the visual layer. Starting from research and user journey mapping, I worked to identify gaps in how people interact with services and translated these insights into a cohesive, scalable solution. The project combines strategy, UX thinking, and visual communication to create a “network” — a true teia — where each touchpoint is intentionally designed to improve clarity, flow, and engagement. More than a final outcome, this work represents my approach to design as a system: connecting people, information, and experiences into something meaningful, functional, and human-centered.
