Challenge
Lack of clarity and alignment in communication flows, making it difficult for participants to understand processes, roles, and interactions.
Approach
Mapped the ecosystem and user journeys, identifying key touchpoints and communication gaps to structure a more intuitive and connected experience.
Execution
Developed a service design framework supported by visual communication tools, including journey maps, diagrams, and structured guidelines.
Result
Improved clarity, alignment, and understanding of the system, enabling more effective interaction between stakeholders.
