Barbados Government | Vaccine
This project for the Government of Barbados emerged from the intersection of service design and visual communication, where systems, people, and public services converge. Working within a governmental context meant navigating complexity, diverse stakeholders, and real societal impact. The process began by understanding how services were experienced on the ground, translating invisible structures into clear, accessible, and human-centered solutions. Design became a tool to simplify processes, align communication, and create coherence across touchpoints. More than shaping visuals, the work redefined how information flows and how people interact with public systems, bridging strategy and empathy to make government services more intuitive, transparent, and connected to those they serve.
