VIDI Rebranding
The Vidi Pesquisas project began with a strategic rebranding initiative aimed at repositioning the platform with a more contemporary, reliable, and scalable identity. From there, I developed a structured CRM communication system, defining messaging flows, visual guidelines, and touchpoints to improve user engagement and retention throughout the journey. Building on this foundation, I designed the Vidi Mobile App, translating complex field research processes into an intuitive and efficient mobile experience. The challenge was to align brand, communication, and product into a cohesive ecosystem, where every interaction feels consistent, purposeful, and easy to navigate. This project reflects my ability to design beyond interfaces, creating integrated systems that connect identity, experience, and communication into a unified strategy.
